Calibration / AVP

Regular calibrations / AVPs will help ensure the measurement integrity of your system. We supply the calibration equipment or you can provide us with your own in-house equipment.

Comware performs system level calibrations on 3070’s following the published manufacturer’s procedures. This process is traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. The procedure uses a traceable voltmeter and frequency counter to measure a DC voltage source at 21 voltages, an AC voltage source at nine voltages, a resistor, and two oscillator frequencies. These measurements are the foundation for all analog measurements and digital timing. These same parameters are also measured using the internal detectors in the testhead, and then compared against the external voltmeter and frequency counter to verify calibration of the detectors.

Our Accuracy Verification Program (AVP) developed by Comware engineers, meets or exceeds the accuracy specifications of the OEM AVP program. The AVP program automatically verifies the accuracy of all the functions and ranges of the boards and power supplies. All external stimulus and measurement devices used by our AVP product are traceable to NIST standards.
